This privacy policy has been prepared by Turk Consultant, as data controller, in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). It explains how we process the personal data you share with us through the turkconsultant.com website.

Personal data we process
When you use our contact form, we process your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
To keep the website secure and running smoothly, standard server logs such as IP addresses and access times may be kept by our hosting infrastructure.
Why we process your data
We process the personal data you submit through the contact form to review and respond to your enquiry, question or request for a proposal, and to contact you by phone or email where necessary.
We do not use your personal data for advertising or marketing purposes, and we do not send you marketing messages.
How we collect data and our legal basis
Your personal data is collected electronically when you complete the contact form on our website.
We process this data on the legal grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK: where processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, provided that it is directly related to that contract (paragraph c), and where processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (paragraph f).
Sharing your data
We do not transfer or sell your personal data to third parties.
We may disclose data only where this is required to comply with a legal obligation, at the request of competent public authorities or judicial bodies, and only to the extent required by law.
How long we keep your data
We keep your personal data for as long as is necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain the related correspondence, subject to any retention periods required by law.
Once the purpose of processing no longer applies, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may contact the data controller to exercise the following rights regarding your personal data.
To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose; and to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it has been transferred.
To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request erasure or destruction under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK; and to request that third parties to whom the data has been transferred be notified of such correction, erasure or destruction.
To object to any outcome to your detriment arising from the analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation for any damage suffered as a result of unlawful processing.
How to submit a request
You can send requests regarding your rights, together with information that allows us to verify your identity, in writing to the address shown on our Contact page or by email to the address listed there.
We will respond as quickly as possible and within thirty days at the latest, free of charge. If the request involves additional costs, a fee may be charged in line with the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Cookies
Our website does not use analytics or advertising cookies to track visitor behaviour.
The embedded Google Maps map on our Contact page may set cookies operated by Google, which are subject to Google's own privacy policy. You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.
